Any cancellation made more than 24 hours before the scheduled arrival date will be processed with no fees.
⚠ Late cancellation
Any cancellation made less than 24 hours before the arrival date, or in case of a no-show (no-show), will result in a charge equivalent to one full night at the reserved rate, taxes included.
ℹ Early departure
In case of early departure, an additional night may be charged depending on the circumstances. Please contact our team directly for any special situation; we will do our best to accommodate you.
